"Account Customer" means any business, organisation, council or individual with an approved account facility.

"Services" means any transportation, booking, dispatch, courier or related services provided by Ride Star.

"Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV)" means a specialist vehicle adapted for wheelchair users.

3. Bookings

All bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Ride Star reserves the right to refuse, decline, terminate or cancel any booking where:

8. Wheelchair Accessible & Assisted Travel

8.1 Wheelchair Accessible Transport Services
All wheelchair accessible transport services and specialist assisted travel services are provided in partnership with Ride Mobility or another approved specialist accessibility transport provider operating under the relevant licensing and insurance requirements.

8.2 Additional Charges
Wheelchair accessible transport services may incur additional charges due to:

8.3 Customer Responsibility

All wheelchair accessible and specialist assisted travel services provided in partnership with Ride Mobility or other approved providers shall operate under the relevant licensing, safeguarding and insurance requirements applicable to those services.
